A sectional door doesn't attach to the building in many places, which is why the few places it does attach matter so much. The vertical track brackets screw into the jambs on either side of the opening. The perimeter seal fixes to the stop molding on those same jambs and across the header. On a torsion door, the bearing plates and the spring anchor carry the entire load of the door into that header. What matters is that it's measured and not assumed, since a door ordered against an assumption and a garage that doesn't match it's a wasted delivery.

So an Orem install runs in a fixed order. Measure the opening. Look at the jambs and the header. Work out what the new door adds in weight. Then talk about doors.
